I'm doing something I've never done before.
Here's what it is and why I think you should come.
Let me tell you something about the Chaos Audit.
For those of you who’ve been following me on other platforms for a while, you’ll know it’s the diagnostic process I use with 1-1 clients. The audit that maps exactly where operational chaos is coming from in a solopreneur’s business. Not in a vague “let’s look at your systems” way. In a specific, structured, sometimes uncomfortably honest way.
I’ve run it dozens of times now. And the thing I keep noticing, the thing that never stops being true no matter how many times I see it, is that the audit itself is always the most valuable hour.
Not the recommendations that come after it. Not the restructuring work we do together. The hour. That first honest look at what’s actually going on.
People finish it and say some version of the same thing every time: “I’ve never actually looked at it like this before.” And then something shifts. Not because I told them anything they didn’t already know somewhere underneath all the noise. But because seeing it clearly, with structure and without the fog of being too close, is different from knowing it vaguely in the background.
I’ve been thinking about that hour for a long time.
That hour has only ever been available to people working with me one-to-one. Which makes sense for a lot of people. But not for everyone. Some people aren’t ready for a full Operational Reset. Some people just want to understand what’s actually going on before they commit to anything. Some people need the diagnostic without the full restructure.
And so I’ve been building something I’ve never offered before.
On Wednesday 9 September, I’m running a free live workshop called From Chaos to Calm: The Live Operational Self-Audit.
Here’s what it is: I take parts of the self-audit from the Operational Reset and guide you through it live, in real time, question by question. You complete it for your own business as we go. By the end of the session, you have a completed audit that’s specific to your situation — not a generic framework, not a list of ideas, not homework to finish later.
45 minutes of guided work. 15 minutes of Q&A where we talk about what came up.
Two time slots so you can pick what works: Morning 10:00 CET or Evening 17:00 CET.
Free. Live only. No recording sent out afterward.
I want to be honest about why I’m excited about this, because I don’t use that word lightly.
The self-audit is genuinely one of the most clarifying hours I know how to offer someone. It takes the noise and the overwhelm and the vague sense that something isn’t working and turns it into a map. A specific, honest picture of where the chaos is coming from and what to look at first.
Most solopreneurs never get that picture. They stay in the fog because there’s no time to step back, no structure to look through, no one holding the questions they can’t quite ask themselves.
For one hour on 9 September, I’m going to be that structure.
If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ll know I think carefully about what I offer and why. I don’t do things for the sake of doing them. This workshop exists because I genuinely believe it gives something real to the people who show up for it properly.
And that’s the only caveat worth mentioning. It works if you show up ready to do the work. Not to watch. Not to half-listen. To actually sit with the questions and answer them honestly for your own business.
If that’s you, I’d love to see you on the 9th.
And if you have any questions before signing up, you know where to find me. Just reply.
Louise
P.S. I’ve been writing about the thinking behind the Operational Reset on LinkedIn and Instagram over the past few weeks — the psychology of why solopreneurs can’t see their own businesses clearly, what structural chaos actually looks like from the inside, and why “getting more organised” usually misses the point entirely. If any of that sounds interesting, come and find me there.
